The workshop of ‘Mindset’ is continuously running at Prime college under the Mathema Learning Resource Centre. The workshop is based on the American Psychologist Carol Dweck’s book called Mindset: The New Psychology of Success.

The main purpose of this workshop is to educate students about mindset, how it is formed, how it sets their beliefs, emphasis the strengths of a growth mindset and the limitations of a fixed mindset and to help them understand the importance of growth mindsets in academic success.

Students were expected to come away from the workshop with a clear understanding of the importance of mindset, and develop a growth mindset through the workshop.
