MATHEMA LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER
Named after the founder and former Chairperson of Prime Educational Inc. Late Prof. Dr. Sundar Shyam Bhakta Mathema, the Mathema Learning Resource Centre was founded to streamline and modernize the learning process for all undergraduate and graduate students at Prime College.
The board objective of MLRC is to fill the gap between prescribed coursework and real-world requirements. In order to achieve this goal, we offer our students various value-added courses, workshops and training.

EVENTS AT PRIME
The workshop of ‘Mindset’ is continuously running at Prime college under the Mathema Learning Resource Centre. The workshop is based on the American Psychologist Carol Dweck’s book called Mindset: The New Psychology of Success.
BE JOB READY
Under the initiation of Mathema Learning Resource Centre and Career support Division, BE JOB READY session was organized at Prime College on 15th July. Samir Shrestha from Golyan Group and Recruitment team from Home Loan Expert Nepal conducted an interactive session on the day.

Today MLRC conducted a creativity season at PRIME COLLEGE where students learn about how to develop creativity in their daily life by applying creativity principles. Being creative is a journey and process that everyone can participate in.

Getting Started with a Career in AI &Sustainability
On July 24, Sunday 2022 a session was held by Dogma Group on getting started with a creer in AI and Sustainability. The event was held in Prime College’s seminar hall, which was from 10 am-12 pm
The speakers and facilitators were Divash Chakrobarty (Functional Consultant/ Product Manager of Dogma Group), Manoj Kumal (AI Engineer, Dogma Group), Anisha Baidhya (Head of AI, Dynamic AI, Dogma Group) and Shreejana Mainali (Context/UI/UX/Sustainability Communication Lead, Dogma Group).
Emotional intelligence is often defined as the ability to perceive, use, understand, manage and handle emotions. On 5th August, Friday 2022 Mathema Learning Resource Centre organized an Emotional Intelligence workshop for prime staff for understanding and managing their emotions.
The workshop was facilitated by Sagar Satyal, co-founder of My Emotion Matter with his coworker AJ. The workshop was about 2 hours. Altogether 19 staff took participant in the workshop. The workshop covered an introduction to Emotional Intelligence and Understanding how our mindset and habitual patterns fuel interpersonal problems.
